Poetic Medicine Coming in February!!

Poetic Medicine - experience the healing power of creative expression in an intimate setting in the company of like-minded people and pursue your journey of self-discovery. Please bring in a favorite poem, literature, journal, song lyrics or your original work.  Each session will begin with a guided meditation specifically designed to enhance creativity.

When poetic medicine participants tell their own stories through poems, songs and journals, it provides vital material for the healing process.  Finding their own voices is a self-affirming step that is often followed by cathartic release, greater self-awareness, new insights and fresh hope.  Poetry is simply speaking the truth.
